For Individuals

Your pathway to Australia. One team, start to finish.

Whichever reason brings you to Australia, we've likely handled a case like yours before, and if we haven't, we'll still take it on.

Individual visa

Partner Visa

Join your Australian partner as a fiancé(e), spouse or de facto partner. One of the most used, and most scrutinised, visa categories in Australia.

  • Prospective Marriage, Spouse and De Facto pathways
  • Experience with Schedule 3, character and family violence cases
  • Decision-ready applications are now expected at lodgement; incomplete evidence risks delay or refusal

General Skilled Migration (GSM)

Migrate on your own qualifications and experience, not a job offer. Points-tested, invitation-only.

  • Subclasses 189, 190 and 491
  • Occupations now sit in a 4-tier priority system; most need 75+ points for a real invitation
  • 189 and 190 grant permanent residency directly; 491 leads to it via the regional pathway (subclass 191)

Skills Assessment (including RPL)

A required step for most skilled visas: not a visa itself, but confirmation that your qualifications and experience meet Australian standards for your occupation. If you don't have a formal qualification, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) can convert real work experience into a result the assessing authority will accept.

  • Conducted by the authority relevant to your occupation
  • RPL is accepted by many assessing authorities in place of a formal qualification: it is evidence-based, using work samples, references and portfolios
  • A prerequisite worth getting right the first time, since the outcome is attached to your visa application

National Innovation Visa

The Global Talent visa is now the National Innovation Visa, keeping the same subclass number. For people with genuinely exceptional achievement in a national priority sector: invitation-only, and increasingly competitive.

  • Starts with an Expression of Interest, and only a small share of applicants receive an invitation (around 1 in 15)
  • Needs a prominent nominator in your field and evidence of exceptional achievement
  • Direct pathway to permanent residency, generally above the high income threshold
